An appendix to my plug for Sweeney Todd at The Rose & Crown. This is a very popular pub, it's used for meetings by local community groups, and it has a studio theatre. So naturally the Council which aspires to be the Greenest local authority in London has supplied just one cycle stand outside it. And there's one more on the other side of the road. By the standards of crap Waltham Forest, this is lavish provision indeed. But as you can see, it's lamentably inadequate.
